Generally if you try to hol it in it will ether make a sound or shover gas into your abdominal cavity. BUt if you're a tightass it makes kind of a squeek sound followed by a "Vrooowwwmp"

It depends on how moist your crack is. When I wear fishnet and polyester panties on a hot humid day I noticed I create a froth. That in turn is the equivalent of tech tonic plates shifting causing a volcano of human filth to erupt from my rear. You will hear it! Hope that helps!
