What symptoms are displayed by birds or fowl when they have the bird flu?

I'm wondering if specific symptoms are displayed mainly by fowl (chickens/turkeys) before they die of bird flu.

Unfortunately they do not display symptoms before they die like for example in mad cow disease...it is because birds are so fragile, that is why miners take a bird down into the earth with them, if the bird dies they know they have been exposed to poisonous gas and to get out before they die....

they are usually dead..if you find one don't touch it call health dept or animal control and let them deal with it
