Fajita Marinade

12 ounces beer
1/2 cup italian salad dressing
5 clove garlic,(minced)
2 tablespoons lemon (or lime juice)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 salt and pepper
3 cloves
1 worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar


Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large pan. Add beef fajitas, mix well and chill in refrigerator over night.

This recipe for Beef Fajita Marinade serves/makes 3 cups

most Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurants dip the meat in soy sauce just before putting on the grill. Do not marinade the meat in soy unless you like tasting salt and not the meat, just dip in soy right before putting on the grill.
As far as marinades go, try zesty italian dressing for at least 1 hour, overnight is best.
