Well the band 'Travis' asked that question and wondered if it was because they/he lied when he was 17. I don't think that was a correct assumption.
Perhaps you need to question your question I mean 'Does it always rain on me?'
What about all of the good things in your life, the things you take for granted perhaps,e.g health, friends, family, a home.
My other point: plants & crops need rain so providing it runs off you and into the ground/soil then rain on you is a good thing..
Oh have you heard of the song 'I'm singing in the rain' ?

Take my advice........
Try to avoid the lightning, even when the sun is shining - I always wonder where the blue skies go, and why it is raining so cold?
I bet I know how you feel. You can't stand yourself, right? Everyone is always telling you everything is all right. Still you close your eyes - can you see the tunnel at the end of all their lies?
Anyway, I could go on.

True, when it rains, it pours. Maybe you were born under the wrong sign. Maybe your parents committed some unforgiveable sin and now you're paying the price. Maybe your ancestors were cannibals. Maybe you were dropped on your head when you were a baby. Maybe you turned left when you should have turned right. Maybe no one likes you. But then again, maybe it happens to all of us. But it doesn't last forever.

because you like being in the rain.. or you are really depressed and just think it only rains on you, could be you are a tree..if you're not you should speak to a dr..

Go out for a walk.. (make sure u take an umbrella)
breathe in the fresh air and calm down..
look around and observe whats around you..
and be happy that you are you and your alive and have lots of friends that care for you :)
