I eat anything and everything Chinese. I just make sure there's no MSG.
Someone said there's loads of calories in Chinese food; well I ask, when was the last time you saw a 300 pound Chinese man?

Look, you don't got to a Chinese restaurant if you are watching calories! Orange Chicken and anything else decent and all that nasty white rice are chuck full of calories and cards and you just shouldn't bother, seriously

ANY of the stir fried dishes are going to be coated in oil. There is just no way around it.

You might ask if any of your favorite dishes can be steamed, instead. It won't work with everything, but you can ask. I also recommend any of the popular soups. You may see a few drops of oil on the surface, but it won't be much, and it will fill you nicely.

Very little! Cut your portion in half, of what you normally would eat. Veggies are soaking in butters most of the time, and meats are marinated with sweet sauces, this is why it's soooo good!
