I keep thinking that i'm too fat for my age-i'm 130 pounds and i'm 13 years old.

I think because of your age, you are at risk of becoming overweight. I would suggest losing 10lb if you can, to be more ideal for your age and height. HTH.

Well it kinda depends on how tall you are hon. When I was 13 I weighed about 120 and I was 5'4 and I was very thin looking. Honestly, it really doesn't matter how much you way, it's what you look like. People carry weight differently and muscle weighs more than fat. I've always weighed more than I look because I have a lot of muscle mass in my thighs. Anyhow, you're only 13 and you still have baby fat. You will thin out. Don't worry, I'm sure your beautiful and trust me, you are NOT overweight or fat by any means!

That is a Bit high but not too high Stay under and 144 and you are still in norm Range Your target is 125. Just don't got higher than 140 for now Also to Ratzrock This is a girl they hit puberty much earlier and usually finish it from 13-16. So she is Probably at her max height especially if she is concerned about weight.

weight to years ratios are imprecise.
some easy obvious points are - waist measure larger than chest measure, your inner thighs talk to each other.
if you come from a short height family then you may not grow into your weight .
things to do stop/cut back junk food drinks white flour, increase to a balanced meal 3 times a day, drink 8 glasses of water (not soda coffee juice etc) daily- helps reduce water retention, develop an exercise program you like. Do it. or you will be visiting an office like ours at some time in your life.

It depends on how tall you are and if you do sports, because if you do sports you probably have more muscle, because I am 14 and 140 pounds but a size 2 so it's all relative.

130 is a little much but i was 120 when i was around that age and i was pretty ok i had a lil extra weight but not much.... you might just be tall for your age and insecure about your weight... if you would feel prettyer thiner then go ahead loose some weight just be sure not to get too thin....... but number one just make sure you are healthy .....

It all depends on your height. If you're 6 feet, you're not fat. If you're 5 feet, you're fat. 130 lbs sounds a bit chunky for a girl that age to me, but again, we don't know your height.

How tall are you? It shouldn't matter if it's "normal" or not. As long as you feel good and comfortable, then you're OK. Don't let others judge you or make you feel bad about yourself. It's all about what's inside anyway!

How tall are you? If your tall for your age, the weight would be okay.
