i got stuff 2 put on it but not workin n its bleeding now lightly but still it loooks so gross wat can i do ?? n its not gonna get better

e-collor. you can buy them at any pet store. it's the collar that goes around their neck (like a lampshade) and prevents them from biting themselves. as for the operation, take her to a different vet to get an opinion on the surgery to remove it.

First I would ask for an operation on it to remove or close it up. Our old lab had one pop up out of his tail, gross & all but the vet just stitched the skin back over it. Have you tried getting one of those collars/ sheilds to put on her neck to keep her from being able to bite at it until is heals? You should be able to get one from a pet store if nothing else from the vet. I wouldn't put her sleep unless she's really in a lot of pain and there's nothing else that can be done.

Ask you Vet about lancing it. That like drains it.
What you are saying the vet said really doesn't make sense. I would take her to another vet and get another opinion. A Victorian collar would help for the time being.

have an operation done on her and if that doesn't work or you aren't in the position to do that then if she is in that much pain and you don't want her to suffer then yes, as hard as it is for me to say this then it will be the time to put her down. I'm sorry, and good luck!
