The CR-V. I just bought mine a week ago, and very impressed. The ride is very smooth, has good pick up off the line and when passing. It has 160 hp realtime AWD., a 2.4l engine just like the Acura TSX. and it rides better than a TSX. The best part is it has a timing chain so it is more reliable and never need servicing. I am a big fan of timing chain cars because it is very low maintenance than timing belts. Mu other car is a 97 T-Bird with 110k miles on it with no problems and it is such a joy to ride the CR-V once in a while though. But I drive my T-Bird almost everyday and the CR-V is the family car for the weekends.

If you are buying a new 2006 or 2007, go for the RAV 4. The 6 cylinder is excellent, and it is roomier.
If you are buying used (2005 or before), it doesn't really matter. They are both equal, so buy which one is more comfortable and looks nicer to you.

Can't say cos I've not been in either. Go round a few dealers and try a couple out and see which you prefer.
