That's not a healthy diet. Any type of diet that is overly restrictive of any food group can be very harmful. Also, it's very dangerous to try and lose that much weight in that short of a time. Crash diets never work -- you always end up gaining the weight back, with interest. No, you'd end up passing out due to your blood sugar dropping. Even if you're not diabetic or chronic low blood sugar, this can and will happen.
You need to add some form of carbohydrates to prevent this. The best choice is low carb/low glycemic veggies. Up to about 20grams of carbs a day for two weeks. Dr. Atkins uses this method and it's worked quite well for me. You have to have some form of carbs because that's what you're body operates on. Everything is turned to sugar in the body, some things get formed into sugar slower than others.

yes but that not healthly you should eat aleast three small meal a day .like snack bar in the morning ,yoguart for lunch, and fruit for dinner. and exercise for 20 mintues.

that is no use.you should eat less,and execise more.
don't only eat egg and drink water.
you will get sick more fast.
