why am I illegal?

hola amigo, I am an illegal immigrant.I am illegal because most companies in the USA ask us to come illegally. I
have asked if they wanted to file for a work permit, but companies says it is too complicated becasue guys working at the USCIS (or whatever u call that)are slow and lazy.
I would not mind to work legally in the USA and go back home, but waiting years for a littel work permit, no thanks.easier for me, to come here, and get a job illegaly...
so if you have to blame somebody, blame ur governement who can not issue for us work permit.

I got an email from the immigration, he told me the same thing, that the system is ****** up, too many paperwork just for us , and they have better to do than to take care of us who want just a little job.

I could marry a US girl, by why? this is lying and it is illegal.so guys, dont be to rude with us and if u see an illegal immigrant, ask him why he is here, and go drink a beer with him, maybe u will understand how this world works..

You said it yourself as to why you are an Illegal. Now that you have the answer go back to your country and stay there or apply for a H-2 visa. I'm sure that the Immigration e-mail you, just like I have free visas' to give to all Illegal Aliens.

Good for you man. I need to get my lawn mowed and those grapes picked for my wine so welcome to the USA. As long as you know you are illegal and can be deported at any time. Just try and not break any laws and be respectful and I welcome you and your brothers to stay as long as you want. This is how this country was founded.

I think you are brave to spell it out.

Everybody should understand and remember that illegal immigrants are easier to find and cheaper that getting people in legally. Most of the help in restaurants, in households, in factories is illegal... and it suits everybody. It is then just dishonest and ignorant to complain about illegal situations!!! of all those who complains, how many have resorted to illegal help in their own home, knowing that those people are without insurance, without social help?

I believe it is not only the governement responsability, but it is up to all to balance a society.

Interesting to hear and illegal's side of things. However, while you are blaming our government, who i whole heartedly agree is not doing a great job, you need to blame your government too, for not supplying jobs to keep its own people interested in working and supplying a better economy for its nation so you wouldn't have to come to the US to work illegaly to provide for yourselves and/or family.

1) America has a proverbial "front door". You don't need to sneak in the "window".
2) Most illegals don't want to bother learning English, which happens to be the language we speak in this country.
3) The companies that are hiring illegals, are also illegal, and should be investigated and shut down.

I do blame the government. But why do you accept this job, knowing it is against the law? What other laws do you break? Stealing would help better my way of life. Should I steal? Cheating welfare would help me better my way of life. Should I committ fraud?
I don't want you to come here, take that job, better your life, and go back home. I want that job done by an American to better her life and then go back home to her kids so they can have a better life.

Ok, here is the answer for you - louzy loser who kept asking stupid illeagle questions!!!

My friend work for this job for just two weeks in the US, her employer decided to issue work permit H-1B visa for her. This visa gives her 5 years to stay legally and eventually she can get her green card & citizenship. Do you know why her employer hire her?? It is because she is "Smart and ambitious"!! She speaks good english and she is going to college, and she uses her brain to do PROFESSIONAL work like other Americans. So now you know why most illegal immigrants like you can't get your employer to sponsor you - it costs your employer money and you ain't worth it.
