Hey any break dancers out there who can give me some pointers/hints/tips?

Am I right in saying that I need to work on upper body strength for this?

What other exercise do you take or dance classes to help you with your art?

upper body strength is key...I have been breakdancing for about 25 years and I pride myself in my God given talent. I watch myself in the mirror as I practice my new moves. Good music is key as well. You need rhythm in order to make it...I feel I've made it within my field...
