In my workout routine, I already do many 'Love Handle' exercises. The exercises I do are: (1) stand up twist, with the adjustable freemotion cable machine - three sets on each side, (2) side leg lifts - three sets on each side, and (3) stand up side crunches with weights - two sets on each side. On top of that, I do cardio for 25 minutes every time I work out (which is 5 days of the week). My stomach is flat, but not my sides. Seriously, I can't shake my love handles. WHAT ELSE is there??

If you do all those workouts and you still have love handles, you need to lose the fat that's in there. Mix it up with some hardcore cardio, like sprints or running, and they'll be gone.

change your diet..

dont forget love handles are basically left over fat/skin from the weight loss..

it takes time.. maybe a year of serious workout.. it will dissappear..

took me almost 2 years, ( i wasnt very serious with workout )

The trunk twist are supposed to do it. Twist hard.
