Sheesh...if you don't know how a girl gets "loose", I wouldn't be having sex if I were you. What drivel.
Do your kegels, and if you don't know what that means...then Google it.
You should know how your vagina works before you start using...I'm so tired of people having sex when they have no idea about their own body, let alone how it works or how to do things right.
So read a sex book, if you read at all...then you won't sound so banal and insipid here on Yahoo Answers.

I think you can get loose if you have a lot of sex. I don't know. I have heard that guys can tell if their girl has been around or not. But, if you're having sex with the same person all the time, it should feel the same to him, and pretty normal, I guess.

Girls generally don't get loose, its a tissue with a lot of memory. You would have to be putting large objects into it till the point of it trearing the skin causes scar tissue for you to become loose enough to worry about it.
If any guy tells you your too loose then its generally cuz his dick is to small.

there are vagina excersises you can do to tighten the muscles... but as far as loosey goosey... that would come from tooooo much sex... stretched out....
