I had to take some medication for a medical reason. I was taken off of it over a year ago. But the weight it made me gain is still here.

I eat very healthy, and work out every day but sunday. And I have only lost 10lbs. Any ideas that might help?

I'm sure you've changed your diet so it seems silly to even mention all the things that you should know....no soda's etc. Lots of green veggies...eDiets.com has a great daily newsletter filled with tips!

The only thing that I have ever found that really helped me lose weight was to restrict my carb intake. I never followed a specific diet plan like Atkins or Southbeach, I just cut carbs a lot. This means very little bread, no sugared drinks or sweet deserts, etc. I was able to lose weight very succesfully but you really need to watch the carbs all the time for it to work and not cheat too much.

hi
Try this plan it sure did help me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

What do you call healthy? Are you taking in hydrogentated oils? If you are, you're not eating healthy. The food and drug administration just finally finished their three year study and found that NO level is healthy and is immediately stored as fat. No one is telling you huh? It would put a lot of food processing manufacturers businesses out of business. Check out the website.

If you stick to your program and not cheat you should see more results soon, but fast weight loss is tricky and it usually comes back. You're doing just fine, maybe if you aren't too hungry cut back a little on your portions or maybe your diet needs to have a little tweaking
