Someone replied to one of my other questions that "God doesn't have the time to deal with you." Now, I thought everyone was of the opinion that God exists outside of time and time has no meaning to him. If he wanted to, he could do as many things as he wanted in the next second without even blinking.

Was this person truly an idiot for saying God did not have time to take out of his busy schedule since he exists beyond time and time has no power over him?

Someone actually said that to you???? *shakes head sadly* What kind of God do they believe in.

God does exist beyond the confines of space and time. Some call this the "transcendent." Time has no meaning to God, and it especially doesn't have the limits on God that it has on humanity. So what you are saying is more or less accurate. I guess you could say that God is the ultimate at multi-tasking!

Jesus is the same yesterday today and tommorrow. IT says in the bible that a day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as a day. God isn't bound by time. And God hears every Christian that calls on Him. And every prayer of forgiveness that a sinner prays.

I don't like the word idiot, but I will say he was very mistaken to say that 1. God has a busy schedule. 2. That God wouldn't "deal" with you.

God knows the hairs on your head, he loves you that much. He will take as much time as you need.

God is outside of time, He created it, so He isn't constrained by it. That's why He could create an entire universe in six days and know the future without having to manipulate it, God is above time, so He can look forward in time and see what will happen if a particular action is taken by someone or a group of people, and never actually influence their decisions at all. That's how God knows if someone will decide to reject or follow Him without having to take part in the decision itself, making it their own free will. Though He may try to influence them to bring them to Him.

That person was an idiot.

God loves you and everyone as equals. He is a God of balance. He loves and cares for you like a father, but he can also convict you like a judge. God truly is Lord of All.

As far as time is concerned, time in Heaven is different from time on Earth. Here on Earth, it moves in one direction - forward. But Heaven has no boundaries - at least not the same as this globe does.

Great question!

Matter, energy, space & time are the phenomino of the lower worlds esp. the physical world here.. But in the higher regions of God, there is no time, space, & matter. Everything exists in its purest state. But God is part & parcel of all things for IT is the creator. If God need anything be done, it is instant because of ITs creative energy we call Holy Spirit or the Word. This creative energy maintain & sustain all life.

Of course God has time for you. God IS beyond time. Time means nothing to Him. We are the ones that are "out of time"...that's why we get so fed up with waiting on Him. We feel He should answer our prayers on OUR time table.

Seek Him; He is a patient and loving God.

The bible tells us in heaven, time shall be no more. Time is not a limitation with God. The bible says a thousand years is as a day and a Day as a thousand years to God. God cannot sin, so He is limited by sin.

Yes, He can wander in and out as often as He desires, or needs to. God has all the time in the world to listen to you, that is what He loves to do, listen to you. That is why He created us in the first place for companionship. Someone created in His image, and intelligent, so we could have a conversation together. It is nice to talk to Him and tell Him all my problems, and to wait for His instructions, and intervention.

The person who said that was in fact incorrect.

Matthew 10
28Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. 29Are not two sparrows sold for a penny[a]? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father. 30And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

God is beyond time and space. Time was created for man and is a result of man's sin nature. Because we die, we are in bondage to time. God cannot die; therefore he is not bound by time. God sees your entire life at a single glance. He sees things that you cannot see because he is not blinded by time. He is at every point in space at once because he is not restricted to one spot in time like we are. He has the ability to communicate with all of the people of earth all at once because he is not bound by the restrictions of time and space. This is important in understanding the nature of God and how he is able to maintain his Creation without having to travel to every point of it. Our finite minds cannot fully grasp God's nature, which is why most people reject him---what they cannot understand, they will not accept on faith. Jesus loves you.
