First thing is hair and eyes and tone of voice. You can tell pretty fast if she's a whiner or an exciting person just by the way she talks. You can tell what sorts of things she cares about (sports, clubbing, fashion, dance, etc) so the first impression is usually very good at finding a compatible person. I like their teeth! I like teeth but, I do look at the way she dresses becasue the old saying "dress for success"! If she dresses nice, that means she takes good care of herself and she is interested in higher goals in life and that does say a lot about a person.
