I'm looking for a program I can install and monitor under my password-protected "User Account" that I can monitor where my kids and others who might use my guest account go on the internet and who they chat with. Someone told something about a year or ago that there was something out there like this.

Cyberpatrol or Net Nanny might work for that purpose.

I have purchased a program called "I Am Big Brother". I monitor my kid and it tracks emails, Instant Messages, Websites, and even every keystroke typed on the computer. It can take "snapshots" and an interval you choose so you can see whats going on. It is password protected and runs invisible, no icons in the task bar or by your time. I swear by it. We had roommates b4 and we were all going away for the weekend except for the oldest teen. I found he was IM'ing his friends and making plans to party, drink, and smoke the green stuff (if you know what I mean). Well, we got his Aunt & Uncle to "pop" in and house sit for the weekend.

Try this,

http://www.wraac.org/

Also know you can use Parental Controls under Internet Options and Content in Internet Explorer.

Have fun but be safe.

Internet Explorer has a feature called "Content adviser"or "Parental controls". If you go to "Tools" "Internet options" "Content" you will find it. If your child(ren) tries to access unapproved sites, you will be notified. There are settings for approved and non approved sites.
