The stones them self's do not have any power, but the power of your mind over your body is great, If you truly believe that if you wear a gem around your neck it will heal you, then you have a good chance of being healed.

Only if they are part of a Church (as in Marble)or a Holy Rosary.
Sometimes they have magic property in the form of a diamond.
As in they can give a man the courage to ask a woman to marry him. It can give the woman the feeling that her new fiance really loves her and would do anything for her.
The best stone is the stone which the builders rejected and it has become the corner stone.

Healing maybe, magical no. I believe GOD created everything and He said everything He created was good. Now, we as humans can misuse things and currupt them. Doctors and researchers are finding more and more medical uses for many things. It's just finding a way to put it in a state where I body can use it. A lot of times people say magic because they have no way of explanning what happened.

Some might have healing properties I suppose (silver is a natural antibacterial agent), but not magical properties. Magic isn't real.

I strongly urge you not to go down that path. Most likely, you would simply be throwing your money away—but at worst you could find yourself involved with spiritual powers that are not from God but from the devil. We don't keep the devil away by following his lies and superstitions!
Instead, I urge you to turn to Jesus Christ and commit your life to Him. You see, when we turn our lives over to Christ some very important things happen to us. For one thing, He forgives all our sins, because He has already paid the penalty for our sins through His death on the cross. Think of it: He will forgive every sin you have ever committed!
But something else very important happens to us: We become part of God's family forever! He adopts us as His own, and we become His sons and daughters. Nothing (including the devil) can ever change that, for "neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers ... nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38-39). What a great promise!
Satan is a defeated foe; he was defeated through Jesus Christ's death and resurrection for us. Don't let him have any hold over you, but open your heart and life to Christ today.

Yes, gems and stones have healing properties. Just like certain places, herbs, grasses, and flowers. Even some trees.

Nope. The smooth ones feel nice in the palm of my hand though, and the flat ones are fun to skip on the water.
