we know what dummy means don't we james. As for lor len i think you screwed up the translation.

'Lor Len' means 'Only joking' or 'Just kidding'.
'Dummy' is hard to know without seeing what you mean written in Thai but it sounds like the word for the sort of gambling that local people do. You can lose Baht1,000,000 in a night very easily. Gambling is generally illegal in Thailand which is why dummy is played at night when there a few police around.
