i need advise on how to loose my stomach and leg fat, please tell me a web site or something i can do I REALLY WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT FAST!!!!

for your stomach you can do sit-up everyday before you go to bed..start from 50 and build up to 100...do it consistently though...as for your leg fat...try doing squatch...

better diet.. more fruits and veggies.. steam them eat them raw will help. BIG TIME!

also cut down on the greasy crap.. oils, butter, fast food, processed foods.. cut down on snacks.. that stuff has preservatives and additives in them that last forever and bind you up and thus make you heavier yet.

exercise! 3 to 4 days a week is all you need for 30 minutes! bike, walk.. instead of taking the car for short trips, walk or bike (see? he he) take the stairs.. take a friend and walk for an hour... toe touches.. knee bends.. arobic exercize. pilates helps too! (read up on it in google, get some books with the tools and cd too!) drink your water and juices!

stretching sure helps also.

fast always means backlash even faster.

just intaking 1200 calories a day and using this plan (of course read up about it more and talk to your doctor) cutting out junk food and processed junk will help you.

don't lose more than 5lbs a week...!!! many reasons! soon as you eat something/anything you'll gain back all of it plus more and you'll get sick and you don't want to feel like crap.

fresh veggies, fresh fruit. no fast food! no snacks. bend and stretch and ride a bike, walk them stairs. not only will the weight melt off (it take a few so be patient) but you'll start feeling much better too!

also try to sweat 30 minutes a day.. sweating cleans up toxins also in your body.
