I have no reason to fear Hell as I will never see it.

I do not fear hell because I believe that earth was intended to be our hell.

If there is another side we "cross over" to after we die, it could not be nearly as difficult as life here.

When people ask "how can God allow such terrible things to occur." Well, we may have chosen this life for ourselves as a test...to learn about the evils-destructiveness-and cruelty that don't happen in other spiritual places.

When you die, you do not go to some firey pit beneath the earth. You probably become a stronger spiritual entity on "the other side"... better able to guide the people enduring thier tests on this earth plane (or better put, this "hell").

Yes. Not really the place Hell, because I think there will be alot of people there. But the memories and regrets of my previous life on Earth will be what I fear! For instance, water will be in my memory but having no access to my body(or the Earth), I will not be able to get any! The people who do not like or care for me will be there too. Who knows what they could do to me! Since it will be forever, could I really run away from them? Also, I do not think it will be a place of hope. Because most people there already probably expected to go to heaven, so just think of the hopelessness they must feel. And all the things they had when they were in their bodies is not reachable anymore. Their bodies will be dead! This is my personal thoughts.

No because there is no such place anyhow. Where in any Bible is hell mentioned? It's a way religion tries to use scare tactics. God would not torture a person in a fiery place. He is love after all. I hope that someday people will understand this. I would have never made it back if I had a fear like that. It always makes me happy to teach understanding.

As the Bible enlightens us, no, because there is no hell. Jehovah god is a loving creator, the teaching of eternal torment presents a moral problem. For instance, sincere Christians reflect on the questions raised by Catholic theologian Hans Küng: “Should the God of love . . . watch for all eternity this endless, hopeless, pitiless, loveless, cruel physical-psychological torture of his creatures?” Küng continues: “Is he such a hardhearted creditor? . . . What would we think of a human being who satisfied his thirst for revenge so implacably and insatiably?” Indeed, how can the God who tells us in the Bible that we are to love our enemies wish to torture his enemies for eternity?
John 4:8-10 tells us: " He that does not love has not come to know God, because God is love. By this the love of God was made manifest in our case, because God sent forth his only-begotten Son into the world that we might gain life through him. The love is in this respect, not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent forth his Son as a propitiatory sacrifice for our sins."

I would desperately fear Hell if I was not a born-again Christian who loves and believes in Jesus Christ!

I don't fear Thor, Odin, Sif, Loki, or Freyja, so why would I fear Hel?

The Christian concept of Hell is no more realistic than the Norse one where they stole the name.

To me, "hell" is the complete and total absense of the presense of God. Yeah, that scared the bleep outta me.

I'm not afraid of going to hell, though, because I don't ever intend on turning my back to God. (I'm also under no illusions that I've got a one-way ticket to heave, either. But no hell for me!)

Yes, as well as the thought of not ending up in Heaven.

We're on a test until the day we die. I hope I pass my test.

Other posters: everyone should be wary. Just because you say you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior doesn't mean you're home free, regardless of what you have done. That's crazy. Good luck to you.
