Take your cat to the vet. It sounds like kitties anal glands need to be "milked". If they become too enlarged the can become painful and cause health issues.

If the problem persists, after more than a few days. First thing to do is take her to a vet.
She may have ingested a sharp object and its irritating her innards. Something could be wrong with her plumbing, like a blockage somewhere, and only a little bit is coming out in its own good time.
Like the others have stated, she could have an infection of some kind that only matured recently.
Poor thing needs to see a physisian and get patched up.
good luck and take care
Mahalo !

She might have a glandular infection- in which case, take her to the Vet. Cats and dogs both have glands near their anus, and when they become infected they'res only one way to drain them to get the infection out. You wear dirty disposable clothes, you wear gloves, and eyewear- then you squeeze the glands to "express them"
Obviously- once the animal claws your gonads, claws your body, and trys to run, and you're done throwing up from the aroma,,,,,THIS IS WHY YOU HAVE THE VET DO IT

I don't think that's normal. Check owner's manual or take it to the shop.
