If you know them. Not someone right off of the street if you are alone and helpless. I'd only let a stranger use the toilet if their are others in the house.
And make sure that they keep it clean!

Sure, but always sanitize it after they leave. Trust me- I've had a guest do some serious damage, and being the clean freak that I am, I once considered replacing the toilet.

Depends on the situation.............most of the time it is safer not to.
It happened to me once, my car broke down and I had to pee, so I asked the house owner nearby......luckily they allowed me to use their toilet!!!! I really thanked God they trusted me to be harmless and are kind enough to help me out.

I don't see why not--if they are ALREADY at your house, but not as a "public" toilet.

Ummm, yes. If you know the people, why wouldn't you let them use your bathroom? Just disinfect it after they use it. No problem.

It would depend on how well I knew them, if they were already in my house and if my bathroom was clean.
