I was born with it and find the problem now is mostly dryness. Aloe vera is great. Just cut a leaf and use the natural get inside. Where I am it grows wild.
If you find that doesn't work, there are many creams available now.

you know what i have a few thoughts on that, 1 take 800 mlg of vitamin e 2. use some very good not cheap coco butter, everyday rub it on and after you shower, look for the kind in the jar stay out of the sun of course, keep doing this daily for how ever long you like you should see some results after 2 weeks but please dont you dare stop yet, good luck, i wish you could let me know how it works

Cover it with make up or go to a dermatologist and have a laser treatment done.

I have eczma and i use neosporin it totally works.
