where can i get multimedia audio controller driver/PCI Audio?

i accidentally uninstaling the device. now i cant install it again bcoz i dont have the instalation cd and i dont know the type or whatsoever about the device

You should be able to reinstall it...just let it automatically install drivers. Windows keeps all drivers in a folder it automatically looks in.

this is for your soundcard, you would need to know exact what type of soundcard you have, u should have a manual for your machine explaining what sound card you have. and then just put that into google, eg sb128 drivers.
