I've seen Yorkies priced at $800 and some at $2000. Check out www.puppyfind.com to see current prices. Also, consider adopting a yorkie.

That depends on quality of the dog, where you get it, etc. Why don't you call around to shelters and see if they have one? Or check out the local newspaper so you can go and see the parents and place where they live? I found my little yorkie in the middle of the road one nite-my baby...she was the best!!!!

adopt from the shelter or use www.petfinder.com... dont' buy a dog from the internet or newspaper (unless if it's a local paper and it's something like "dog to good home") because many pure-bred dogs are from puppy mills, and they often are sickly and can later die, and you'll just be encouraging the cruel puppy mills. if you need to buy, get a dog from a good humane certified breeder....

Yorkies run anywhere from $400.00 up to $3,500. You can find cheap dogs in your local newspaper
