Your vet has an injection that can induce labor, some vets give it to experienced breeders. Since you are neither a vet or an experienced breeder you should take her to the vet. Improperly forcing labor can kill the mother and all of the puppies. It would also be contrued as animal abuse if you were to do it yourself with no experience and no license. And it's typically not used unless there is a problem or the pups are overdue by 5 days or more.

NEVER induce labor!! This would be VERY harmful to the pups and mom!!
Here is how you can monitor when she is going in labor though. Dogs are pregnant for 9 weeks or 59-63 days. On about the 55th day from first tie (first breeding), take her temp rectally. The temp should be around 102 degrees. Then take it 2-3 times per day after that. What you are looking for is for the temp to drop to 96-98. This means that labor is about 12 hours off. The temp may go down and stay down or it may go down and come back up. As soon as you see the temp drop, get the whelping box ready, the heating pad, get her bathed with baby or puppy shampoo and dried really well, and get her settled in the box. Get newspapers for her to shred when the contractions start. Have your vet's number on hand. Good luck. E-mail me if you have any other questions on what you need to get ready.

God, could you be anymore impatient?? Other than checking her temperature, leave her alone. She will have her pups when the time is right. You can't put a rush order on pregnancy. Like another answerer said, a week early to a human isn't that big of a deal. But whelping a week early to a dog can result in the death of the whole litter. YOU own the b*tch, therefore YOU are the one breeding. She's in this sitiation because of YOU so stop being so selfish and take care of her the right way. So you have to cancel holiday plans to take care of the b*tch YOU decided to breed, big deal. Welcome to life, where you have to be responsible for your own stupid mistakes.

Yes, let mother nature take it's course. Make an area, where you dog in comfortable, give her food and water, and just let her be. Do not keep on upsetting your dog. Let her be, the more you bother her, the more stress you put on her.
If she is under stress, the more trouble you are going to have. Again, make area for her, where she is comfortable and AWAY from people so she can relax and have the puppies. Do you know how many days into the pregnancy she is in? It is usually 63 days, then she will give birth to her litter.
She needs to have a quiet and calm area to where she can relax.

If your dog needs to be induced, your veterinarian should be taking care of that.

Not safely without a vet you would be putting your dog at risk and her puppies.
