The world is a hostile place. Any creature is liable to die from disease, accident, predation, starvation and so on. Creatures therefore need to reproduce to make up for this.

If creatures only reproduced to compensate for any of these causes of death, there would be a problem. The lag between loosing a useful member of a group and having a replacement ready to go would be rather too long. The best strategy would be to reproduce continuously but set a maximum lifetime to prevent over population

Cellular breakdown. The caps on the end of your DNA degrade after each cell division. Oh and your brain cells never replace themselves, so those die off eventually. And you become more prone to infection and disease which also kills you off.

So how long you want to live? when body becomes weak ,heart, lungs kidneys all these organs loose their efficiency
would any like to live by lying down, passing urine so end should come the person himself will pray for his death.
