I was in my basement working and when I went upstairs to check on my little devils they had gotten a bucket of caramel popcorn and ate it all. Does anyone know if it is poisonous to them?

Popcorn isn't very good for dogs, because they can choke on kernels or have a really hard time going to the bathroom. I wouldn't feed it to them on purpose, but I'm sure they'll be fine. If they don't seem to be able to go to the bathroom, you may wanna call the vet.
BTW, never give a dog milk...contrary to what another poster suggested.

too much sugar can make them sick. Here is a list of harmful foods and such.
Mollydog you might want to check this site out also. Chocolate is NOT good for dogs...
OMG and lins DAIRY is also NOT good for them.
Just check this website. Don't trust your companions life to some of us here.

No it is not poisonous but could have other effects on a dog.
Do not give doggie too much of it.

I don't think so....
They may get a tummy ache and throw it up....or get the runs.
The last I knew the only food poisonous to dogs was bakers chocolate.

I don't think it's poisonous, but I wouldn't let them eat it again. However, they might get sick and start throwing up. I'd watch them for a while if I were you.

actual butter and somewhat salt. I went to a action picture the day gone by and the pretend butter did no longer even get previous the surprising a million/2 of the bag. Thursday i offered a pound of butter so i will make my own popcorn, placed actual butter on it, and placed a DVD in so i will veg out for a together as right this moment.

Nope it's not!! I don't believe chocolate is either cause one time my lil shih-tzu female got my whole intire chocolate bar and she's still here!!! right beside me!!

no the only thing that is poisonous is choclate but that only gives them cancer only if they eat too much of it

ok......chocolate IS safe for dogs but ONLY in moderate amounts......eg 1 little bit
