probably. You may have a higher interest rate, but with a small loan amount it won't make much difference. Can you afford payments, insurance, gas and upkeep? Dose the car have an extended warranty? Find all these things out before you buy.

Yes...but it sounds like you're buying a used car. You typically get hosed on rates on loans for used cars. So shop around for your best deal.
If you have little to no credit...it might be difficult for you.

That depends are you a student how are you going to make car payments and insurance payments with no job, no job no money coming in to make those payments with. The only way that I know it is possible for you to go on the note with a cosigner is if you are a college student.

you might not have credit history. The bank is probably thinking how stable is this good job of your or how stable are 18 years old in general.
