I think my goldfish is parylzed he can barly swim and he's upside down its been like this for hours now i have to leave in about 30 minutes i'm having someone take care of him but what should i do is there anyway to help him??

You should do a 25% water change in the tank each day. Don't overfeed him. If he makes it until you get back, you can go to the local fish store and buy medicine for him. Just describe how he looks and how he is acting. Take special note of whether the eyeballs look cloudy, and if he has any spots, bumps, swollen places or scales that are pushed out. They'll know what you need.

sorry, there's probably not a lot you can do to help, sounds like he's on his way out. It's possible he could rally though, I've seen it happen before.
