There is NO GOOD free translation site from Serbian /Croatian to English on the web..
(There is one website that will come up on google when you type in Serbian/Croatian translation..but believe me it is sooooooooo bad it is a joke!!)
I have answered this question before...and I can recommend some good online dictionaries. (See my previous answer)
