i lost my java runtime evironment i got it back and reinstalled limewire and it wont open i got frostwire and it wont open.

I would go to Start> Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs>

uninstall all versions you see of java here and limewire. then reinstall limewire and it will promt you with the correct version of java.

Try reinstalling LimeWire and FrostWire.
