Wouldn't the proof be overwhelming? Wouldn't every adult human being be able to see it and know there was a God? Since there can only be one God, why are humans on Earth believing in different Gods?

Why don't we know for sure how God feels about abortion?
Why don't we know for sure how God feels about the death penalty?
Why don't we know for sure if war in Iraq or Israel or Jordan or wherever is ok?
Why don't we know if gay marriage is ok?

Some say proof is the Bible. Or proof is the Qu'ran. Or proof is the Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster doesn't make being gay a sin. It allows for gay people to be married. The Bible doesn't. The Qur'an says stone the homosexuals in their bedsheets. These are, very different positions, based on a book.

A book isn't good enough.

Am I, preaching to the choir?

Sing choir, sing a song, sing it loud, be proud. Don't ever let any theist tell you you're not good enough@

Just a member of the choir here, checking in. Since there's no way to know who's right, guess we're just left with doing the best we can.

The proof is all in the bible maybe some of us just dont understand. We all have things that confuse us but before any of us can point the finger we should try to learn and understand it. Everytime you said we are unsure about some things like war and gay marriage God does speak about. I'm 13 and I try my best to stay faithful to the Lord. Not saying that anyone else isn't. I don't know exactly where it is in the bible where he speaks about it. In some bibles in the back they have a index and its there abortion, war and they give you verses where it is spoke about trust me its there. Do you think a God of peace and love would accept war? Or if he says he made Adam and Eve do you think he accepts gay marriage? Did he make Adam and Joe? I think everything we need to know is there I think some of us won't accept it.

What is different between you and some of the other Atheist or Agnostic, which ever you call yourself today, is that you read the Word. Sometimes you quote the Bible. At this point if you are still denying the existence of God. You do so willingly. No Christian can prove God exist. Only God can reveal Himself to you. And even then you must want Him to.

It's quite obvious that you have not given any effort to look for any proof regarding the truth about God. Here is a website that can answer any questions you may have about God and the Lord Jesus Christ. I will pray for you. Remember this. Why ask a question if you aren't willing to search for the answer. If you really are seeking answers, you will study this website. God Bless You.

The bible really sucks
It says we are dead ducks
You couldn't make me believe it for a hundred million bucks
Xians say we're bad
And "god" is like their Dad
But who humped Job's bunk and took all that he had?
That's right it was their guy
Who made his family die
I hope he slips on his toga and falls out of the sky.

If God was real I think humanity will get a little bit of a surprise at what they put their faith in... I hardly think they would be like the book.

Ramen, brother!

If God were the absolute truth, wouldn't he find a way to make that known to the entire world without a shadow of doubt?
Why would he leave it up to humans to decide what is and is not true?
Why would he leave it up to humans to spread his word?

All of our questions never have answers - only more questions.

Christians?
What have you given up for Jesus?

Any of you who does not give up everything he has cannot be my disciple" (Lk. 14:33)

So today I challenge all Christians to be closer to Jesus by giving up everything (especially your p/c and internet connection).

You must give up everything because wealth is bad, but "New Jerusalem is made of pure gold, is approximately 1,400 to 1,500 miles high, long and wide, has walls of jasper, streets of gold, and gates of pearls that are never shut" (Rev. 21:15-27).

I guess only God is allowed to be rich.

Oh, and remember to watch your weight or you may not get into Heaven at all!

Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will NOT be able to" (Lk. 13:24)

It's a matter of faith ... just as I cannot understand Innuit Eskimo's native language, a person who does not believe cannot understand things of a spiritual matter
