No - minivans pretty much always have three rows of seats, with only two seats in the front and no more than three seats in any of the other two rows. If you need to carry nine passengers on a regular basis, I would suggest a full sized van.

You can squeeze 8 in some of them, but 9 would be a bit much.

no, but several can seat 8....Chrysler, Sienna, Odyssey...
