Depends on where you live
Most places the legal age to get married is 18 ... or 16 with your parents consent.
I don't think there is a legal age to have kids ....

Well, up here in Canada, our laws recently changed. The age of consent was RAISED to 14 from 12!! Still too young, if you ask me!! However, the government also added to this by enforcing a three year age difference for consensual teenagers under the age of 18. So a 14 year old can not have consensual sex with a person over the age of 17, for example. My advice to you would be, wait to have children. At least until you are about 23, because by then you will have had some fun with your life and should have some stability and focus in your life. Don't rush these things. They are life altering decisions!!

Well, first of all you should only get married and have kids when you are out of highschool because otherwise you won't be able to afford the money for your baby...but, legally you have to be 18 to get married although there is no legal age when you can have kids. Just be sure you're financially stable before kids ok. Best of luck to you!

You have to be 18 to get married unless your parents approve in most states and there is no legal age for kinds. There should be though, I'm sick of 13 year old kids having kids

Where do you live? If it's the USA, then each state has it's own laws for what age you can marry at with and without parental consent.
As for having kids, there's no LEGAL age limit. However, an adult having sex with a minor is called statutory rape. If your bf is an adult and you are a minor, he's going to find himself in prison for a very long time if he has sex with you!

you need a parents consent if you are under 18 to get married, otherwise, you can hook up when you turn 18. the funny part is, you can have kids the second you hit puberty, though it's only legal to have sex (and thus, kids) at 18.

usually 18 is the age for marriage. although parents can sign if they want to if necessary. As long as a girl has her period she can have a baby although i dont recommend this. grow up have a life then get married and have kids

well 2 babies over in England were married shortly after birth.. with there parents consent. they wanted to end a family disagreement. so any age for marriage with consent.

to be married in california its 18 and to have kids it would be if your under 18 and your mate is under 18 you can have a kid... and not get in trouble for it... but do you honestly think that someone under 18 is ready for it? nah

if you bleed you breed... and to get married without your parents consent is the age of majority in your state/province. with your parents consent is 16.
