I don't have Powerpoint on my computer anymore. But one thing I remember about the program is that there is menu item that allows you to create your file so that the recipient can view it without having the PowerPoint program. I think it is something like Pack & Go.

So get your CD/DVD ready to go and then Pack & Go the file to it.

Use CDBurnerXP Pro...just burn the file you saved onto it and then you can open it on another computer with PowerPoint.
