A good women wants a good man and will eventually move on if your not it. You say you tried your best but have you evaluated whether your best is good enough ? If it is then she's just not the right women for you.

The question is whether you are yourself good and worthy of keeping a good woman. There are countless number of people who achieve this feat, quite unlike you. The problems most of the times, lie within the self, my dear, but most of us are not willing to admit and introspect ourselves, in a fair manner. Indeed, most of us have too much of destructive ego, which comes in the way, making us blind to our own faults. Constructive ego, is a different concept altogether, and is a necessary component of a creative man and the same shows, only proactively, in the form of his productive work.

Maybe your best just isn't good enough!
I'm just kidding, but it obviously isn't good enough for the women you're dating.
Maybe you should observe your dating habits, i.e., where do you meet these women? do you even like the same things? what is the attraction?
Say you meet them at biker bars...and they end up being bitches...maybe you should try loungier places.
read a book, maybe you can gain some insight...men are from mars, women are from venus is a good one for enlightenment...

good women aren't hard to keep if they get what they want. Something may be lacking in what you have or what you are doing.

well maybe its that her attention is on something else or as the man your doing something that ain't right at all that make her want stray to something new and interesting
