im feeling down help me please

I take a supplement that is geared for overall health and better nutrtition, but it is all natrual and i have found that my mental state is a lot better since i've been taking it.

I was really depressed when i started taking it and i never expected that something like this would help me feel better, but it deffinetly has and i'm so glad that i started taking this supplement called Vibe. It's all natural so it won't interfear with anything that a doctor would give you for depression.

You might want to check it out, it worked for me and I started to look into it further and found out that a lot of people have also experienced the same thing, less stress, less depression etc. and overall better health.

go shopping? buy a fishing pole and a reel and go to the lake and relax.

Keep a journal of what your thoughts are and see if there is a pattern. IF you find a pattern, you may be able to change your thought process.

Can you call some family and cook for them?

Can you call a pshyc and get an emergency appt?

you need to get out, find a hobby, write a journal and tell it whats on your mind. If it persists however, you need to talk to a doctor, sometimes your brain does funny things, the two sides don't work right together, messages don't get through. If that's the case the doctor can prescribe something that will help.
Don't suffer needlessly, because there's help available.

Call up some friends and go out and do something fun........It also depends what you feel down about. If its really extreme go talk to a doctor. They can get you on some kind of med to enhance your brain flow.. Maybe even go see a counselor to talk about your problems getting it off your chest relieves a lot too!

If you're depressed enough to know it, see a doctor and soon. He or she can help. You don't have to feel bad all the time and it might save your life.

Get outside and get some excerise. Play frisbee or go fishing
