There is NO comparison!

While a chain restaurant's cheesesteak sandwich might be good, it will never be as good as 'Wiz Wit' (that's cheese whiz & onions, for those unfamilar with the ordering lingo) straight from Philly! Mmmm!

The real question is: Pat's or Gino's??

It doesn't even compare to an authentic Philly cheesesteak from Philly. That's like comparing a Taco Bell burrito to an authentic carne asada burrito. The authentic one is just a lot better. You should go to Philly and try one. Then you'll find out for sure.

I've never eaten any sort of food from a chain that is half as good as the real deal. I made some cheese steaks the other night with prime rib out of my smoker, boiled all the odds and ends for an ajus....can't beat making them at home.
