Big Mac sauce - Kraft Thousand Island dressing.
Big Boy sauce - 1 1/2 T. mayo, 1 t. relish, 1 t. tomato sauce

most have said thousand island dressing...yes it's right. If you want to make your own however.....the people who said mayo, ketchup and relish are right also but have left out minced onions and a small spoonful of sugar.
