If we go with the assumption that anyone who shares their religion but doesn't speak out against them is just as guilty, then very few have ever been in prison because they have tens of millions of supporters.
That's the way it works, right? Same religion, no vocal opposition, so just as guilty. Even the majority of individuals never actually commits a criminal action. It's enough that some do.

I really don't think that their is a record of people not in jail. How would they know who is or is not if they have not been busted for it. It is like asking how may child molesters or rapist are out their that have not been in jail or accused of anything. I am sorry to say but I am sure that their is a lot of people out their that you would never even think that are.

I would think this is a very high percentage. Of course, many people already in prison join white supremacist gangs for protection, so that might skew your numbers quite a bit.
