The tower of Babel, God sent people off speaking different languages, obviously they were quite different. How about evolution, what does that mythology offer to explain this, since there would have undoubtedly been one homosapien to start with.

Of course the homo sapian evolved first and then thrived enough to cover most of the planet. Environment, diet, genetics and chance are the end result of a wide variety of the same species inhabiting the earth. If you are in doubt about evolution please look at the variety of species on the planet and the subsequent subspecies that evolved separate from each other. Simple logic and no hocus pocus.

As a side note: the evolution of man is now estimated at 300,000 to a million plus years. That kind of time frame is hard to grasp and alot of people want the easy answer of "poof, all done". Countless fossil records and "missing links" found all the time coupled with the tireless work of field scientists has proved evolution. There can be no doubt Evolution is not a theory, but fact. Alot of facts. Too many to ignore.

Good points, and I bet you receive another lot of religious mumbo jumbo excuses to your question. Now consider this ...

Human beings could be the next God, Adam and Eve.

Imagine the future, technology and space travel have advanced beyond all of today’s comprehension. In order to spread the human race around the universe, a couple (male and female) are transported to another planet in another solar system many millions of light years away from Earth. The planet has the necessary environment to sustain human life.

The couple are given an instruction booklet of do’s and don’ts in order to happily survive and flourish, and then the space traveller leaves for good and returns to Earth. The couple get down to business and breed.

In thousands of years to come, that new planet of humans will believe that the space traveller was God, the original couple was Adam & Eve, and that the instruction booklet was the Bible. Straight forward. Imagine where the current Bible’s God, Adam and Eve came from.

Given time and evolution, the new humans will have different skin colours, eye shapes, and nonsense religions of course.

Actually we did not. There were two creations and most religions did not notice it . Read the day 6 in Genesis when God created animals first then Male and Female whose command was just to go and multiply and subdue the earth. These people went to different places of the earth where each location has affected the the shapes, colors and forms of human existence. Then the event Cain was thrown out of the garden of Eden and he said, "My punishment is more than what I can bear. Today you are driving from the land and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on earth, and anyone who finds me will kill me." Gen.4:13-14. In that verse, it is utterly stupid and incestous to think that he married one of his sisters when only he and Abel are his parents children and that the next child was Seth when Adam was 130 years whom Eve said has taken the place of Abel. There was no account that said Cain went back to Eden to find a wife And Seth must also have gone out to find his own wife.

As I read these responses, I must say that you people got the "Biblical Babble" done to a fine art of deception.

Keep up the good work and soon we may all be "Burned at the Stake" because we don't all adhere to the ways of the Religious Dogmatic Ones.

Why do you have blue eyes little girl?
Because God made me that way.
Why do you get such poor grades in school?
Because it's all nonsense, only the Bible holds the truth 8-P

Wow! No wonder the Chinese are eating our shorts in all of the Sciences.

If I were you guys I'd start learning Chinese, cause it wont be long until you ignorant bunch will be waiting on them hand and foot. I wonder if that part is in the Bible?

Well here's a question in response to your question...

If the world did indeed get populated by Adam and Eve and their 2 boys, where did the surviving son's wife come from? Hmmm. Methinks perhaps the Adam and Eve business is bogus.

Truth is, it's evolution due to climate and survival needs. Simple as that.

Actually, you can get a lot of variety in the genes. First, since God is creative, He probably built in a lot of variety in the genes at the outset, meaning that Adam and Eve's kids could have had hundreds of traits, including hair, eye and skin color. Also, having parents of one color skin doesn't necessarily mean you'll have the same color skin. For instance, there have been cases when an African American couple had a caucasian child and a caucasian couple had a child with skin like an African. It's rare, but points out that just bc ur parents have one skin color doesn't mean you're bound to have the same or a perfect mix.

As time went on, mutations occurred which twisted and destroyed genetic information, resulting in other changes, some being the genetic diseases we have today, which ppl like to blame on God. They're not His fault, however, it's just bc of mutations resulting from sin.

You can utilize Darwinism with religion. As people turned into nomadic tribes over centuries, they became a part of that geography. People in hot and arrid conditions developed darker skin. Those that moved to areas where sandstorms and other harsh conditions developed smaller eye openings. Just as people who moved into cold climates became whiter becasue they didn't have to contend with the sun as much. We were all made in the image of God, so doesn't that tell you how magnificent he really is.

OK, and god moved all of the people with the darkest skin to the sun-drenched climates. Wow, that was thinking ahead.

In ancient times, people have one color one race but different ideology. According to the scripture they spoke the same language. But because of man wickedness, God compounded their languages, so much so that all those who spoke the same language stick together and are called nations. They were scathered in the face of the earth and God divided the land.

Their color and nature defend on geographical location God choose for them.
