A sudden drop in blood pressure could result in passing out at the most and a sever headache at the least. Once as a paramedic, I got some on my fingers. since it is administered transdermally, I got a headache out of this world.

Not sure, I'll have to let you know.
I took 1/2 a bottle of my grandmother's when I was just a baby.
I haven't noticed anything wrong yet, and that was 25 years ago.

You'd probably just experience an irregular heartbeat or palpitations throughout the course of 24-48 hours. I don't think you'd suffer any serious consequence, but it's not advisable.

take it from a guy who's had a couple heart attacks and carries it in his pocket at all times, you will definitely get the nasty headache and the sudden drop in blood pressure that could make you pass out. i had some stolen out of a key chain holder while my car went through a car wash one time. i bet someone went home with a nasty headache.
