i totally agree with it and ill do the first one too if you like!!
as soon as a person interferes with another human being in a way that is sexually harmfull or wrong they should have some of their human rights took away , they did the crime they HAVE to pay for it and not ever be allowed to do it again, no matter how much they can pretend to a parole board , dont give them the slightest chance of doing it again i say!!!!
as you can tell im quite opinionated on this subject!!!

What a great idea!! Lets add all kinds of chemical urges to someone who is already mentally and morally imbalanced! Add that to their frustration- mix it up with some humiliation and anger- lets see what comes out of THAT mess!!! Adaptation will be the name of the game for this type of criminal.
Rape doesn't necessarily involve or require a penis. Nor does sexual assault or child molestation. Castration will not affect what is going on in the BRAIN. Many of these sickos do not attain sexual satisfaction from their crimes, many are not compelled by the sex alone. For some it's a mind/power game. All I am saying is that they will resort to other means to satisfy whatever urges they may have. IE-horrible violence, horriffic torture. Not that any crime of this nature isn't- but this would be much worse.
I am ALL ABOUT protecting the victim-the innocent. I also personally know an 8 year old girl who was abducted and raped 2 years ago 3 blocks from her home, and know all too well the trauma this assault has caused her. She will be affected for life. I'm not taking the offenders side- IN THE LEAST. The victim has all of my sympathy and concern.
The offender is most certainly to be punished- Unfortunately chemical castration is NOT the answer unless you want to make it worse.
There should never be a "next time" for any offender, but I don't have the answer.

Unfortunately, I think the castration thing violates some sort of human right now (the government is so sensitive). But the offender could always be put on some oestrogen treatment, to reduce the amount of testosterone in the body and hopefully inhibits those urges. Along with a LOT of therapy, you never know.

Chemical castration is the easy way out for the convicted offender. The convicted person really needs a bullet in the head. 1 strike and your out!

What would you do with the women paedophiles rapists and perverts? You can't castrate them can you? Everyone assumes that paedophile, rapist and pervert is solely a man, Why?
ALL paedophiles rapist and other perverts should be jailed, that way you will protect the innocent.

I've always kind of leaned toward testicular electrocution.
Chemical castration is much too humane for these dirt bags - how about a rusty, old, dull hatchet? Let the victim choose which method?

Lots of people would agree with your proposal but I guess the reason why we dont is the same as why we dont have the death penalty. Ask yourself seriously - what if you were falsely accused? At present we can release people who it turns out were wrongly convicted but what you're proposing cannot be undone. And the benefits of doing it to protect potential victims (and we are talking about future victims here so this is very awkward legally) are dubious. Tagging, micro chipping or something on those lines may be a solution?

I definitely agree with the life in prison with no possibility of parole or the chemical castration. Turn him into a eunuch and maybe he will become a positive influence on the community. He'll still be tainted, but at least he'll have the opportunity to better himself. In prison he'll just waste taxpayer money.

Because society abhors the people you mention what you suggest will get a lot of backing. But we can't do it however appealing it sounds. It would not stop there , if we catch somebody stealing do we cut there hand off. What happens when the courts get in wrong. We have to live by our laws and act in a humane even to the most heinous of people, if not we are just the same.

Do it now. Anyone who could ever harm a child deserves everything they get. And believe me, if I were running things, they would be executed on proof of a second conviction. Rape ruins womens lives and child abuse scars people forever. The perpetrators of these vile acts should either be locked up for life (and I mean 50 years +) or face the death penalty.
