I try to answer the questions as completely and correctly as I possibly can. What makes me frustrated are the people who get their answer then delete the question without bothering to give you a Best Answer vote at all. If I'm going to take the time and trouble to give a thorough answer then I think asking for a couple quick clicks in return is not asking for too much.
Or when the asker chooses the first one without reading the rest of them =) Wrong or incomplete answers often get picked over the correct or more thorough answer, Sometimes I think some people just pick the first one they see that sounds somewhat close. It's frustrating when a wrong or incomplete answer gets the Best Answer vote over yours, Cest le vie.
