if you have a dog and a back yard you have to accept the fact that there will be some damage. You need to set up a specific area whre you wouldn't mind a bit of grass damage. Also, a 'dog run' is good too

if it is a female dog,
assign a designated area.

female dog urine stains and kills grass.

unlike male dog urine,
that is hit and miss.

if a male dog pees on a wood floor,
it is surface stain.

if a female dog pees on a wood floor.
the stain is etched and would require
deep sanding to remove.

the point is female dog urine has an enzyme that
causes all this.

you spank them... haha just kidding... well when a doggy has to go it goes... you can't really stop them from taking a leak... but you can certainly repair the brown spots where the doggy leaked...

you can certainly buy green repair kits at a local store like home depot or lowes...

If you sprinkle Cayenne pepper on your grass, animals will be ten times less likely to urinate on it.
