well i cant speak for all smart asses that would make me a dumb *** but my thought on the matter is.a smart *** would imply that there was intelligence in the *** in question as to where in a dumb *** it is implied that there is no intelligence.generally speaking it is considered intelligence is more desirable than non intelligence but that wasn't your question,which is better was the question,well that depends on what you would need this *** for.example, weather you need this *** to answer a question on yahoo you would probably be better to have a smart ***,or if you were to,oh say be voting for president of the united sates you would probably pick a dumb *** being as how that's what most people picked and they did it twice so it appears that there are more dumb asses than smart.asses as a rule the less frequent an object is the more valuable it becomes.example gold,diamonds,ect so if there are fewer smart asses then dumb asses that would make smart asses of more value,its pretty clear to me any way smart asses are better lol

well historically, the term smartass was first used in the 10th century. Smartass was a name of a viking ship used during the Great Battle of the Red Sea. Hence, to answer your question, the formula to find velocity is v=u+at where (v) is final velocity, (u) is the inital velocity, (a) is the acceleration and (t) is the time in seconds.

Yes, because a dumb a$$ will have one thing going for them for a really long time but a smart a$$ can keep their humor going with different things often without even trying. Plus, I am primarily a smart a$$

I think smart a$$es are shaper, but not better.
dumb ones aren't quick, and they're too slow to react up on thing.
smart ones have wit, and confidence.
you need that.
