Ok well I am on a diet and I am desperately trying to lose 50lbs in 3 months-or as much as possible in 3 months. What are some healthy foods I can eat for lunch and dinner that taste decent and will burn off fast while exercising?

The Lean Cuisine line of foods is really tasty and does help you lose weight! I try to eat it as much as possible, since it's filling but not a lot of calories. It gives you the salt and sugar you crave when you're hungry. Give them a try!

I like eating almonds as a snack. I keep a bag of them in my office. When I get hungry, they give me a little crunch, and curb my hunger a bit. Plus, they're really good for you.

Stick to foods that are grilled, not fried. And drink as much water as possible. You can actually trick your body into thinking you're full if you drink a glass of water before you eat. It makes you feel fuller faster. Drink 8 glasses a day. I know everybody says you should, but if you actually do it, you'd be surprised how fast you'll lose weight.

Good luck!

You really need to take extra fiber to help move those pounds. I suggest & I use Flax Seed & Flax Seed Oil, you can find it in any health food store. Always eat breakfast, this will help you lose weight faster also. Add the Flax seed to whatever breakfast you have, atleast 2-4 tablespoons per day. I promise if you try this, along with a good & responsible diet, you will lose your 50 lbs.

That's 4 pounds a week. usually it is recommended that you lose no more than 2 pounds a week to keep the weight off. But, try www.dietfacts.com for a listing of restauraunts/brands and their nutrition info. This way you can see calories counts, etc. Also, apples and celery burn fast. Good luck!

Grilled chicken is good with vegetables and brown rice, on top of salads (low fat dressing), as a sandwich, wrapped up in a tortilla with veggies, use different seasonings like garlic or a spicy seasoning for variation. Some good suaces for it are low fat dressings, BBQ, and Honey Mustard
Tuna and other fish are low in fat and high in protein. Eat tuna as a sandwich, on some lettuce as a salad, or make a low fat tuna noodle hot dish (use miracle whip). Some other meats to consider are turkey, roast beef, and ham. Eggs are ok about twice a week. Avoid red meat.
When eating grains choose whole grain bread, whole grain pasta, and whole grain cereal. Cereal is a great snack! Avoid cheesy or white sauces as they tend to be very high in fat. Try vegetable sauces and tomato sauces with different spices. Or find low fat varieties at the grocery store.
Beans are a very good source of protein and low in fat. Also try a variety of vegetables like broccoli, caulifolower, corn, grean beans, peas, spinach, and carrots.
good luck
