Tif means tagged image format open it in acdsee or in Microsoft Office

You should be able to open that almost any graphic program, including the Paint program that is part of Windows (Start > All programs > Accessories > Paint)

It is an image file. You can open it using any photo or graphics editor, it should also open when inserted into word, or powerpoint.

photoshop opens them. but their hard to change in to any thing else.
